A Pro license is for one person, works on up to 3 devices, and covers one or two H-1B cap seasons depending on the pass: the 1-season pass covers the FY 2028 registration and the July 2027 wage-year update; the 2-season pass adds the FY 2029 registration.
Rule changes: if the weighted selection rule is changed or blocked before a covered registration period opens, you can get a full refund.
